This is Zinkly's Notice & Action mechanism under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). Use this — instead of a general "Report post" — when you believe content is illegal, not just against our Community Guidelines. Anyone can submit a notice, including people without a Zinkly account.
Use the "Report → Illegal content" option on any post, comment, message, profile, or via zinklystudio@gmail.com if you cannot access the content directly (e.g. it's already been taken down elsewhere but you have a record of it). To help us act on your notice, please include:
Where applicable under the DSA, notices from entities awarded "trusted flagger" status by the relevant Digital Services Coordinator are processed with priority.
Submitting knowingly false illegal-content notices is itself a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in restrictions on your ability to submit further reports.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first (in Greece: 112) — do not rely solely on an in-app report for time-critical safety issues.
