Zinkly respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This applies to all content types on Zinkly: posts, photos, videos, reels, stories, music attached via our music-preview feature, comments, and any other user upload.
If you believe content on Zinkly infringes your copyright, submit a complaint to zinklystudio@gmail.com (or via the in-app "Report → Copyright" option) including:
Copyright complaints and counter-notices, including for US-based rights holders, should be sent to zinklystudio@gmail.com. Zinkly has not yet registered a formal DMCA designated agent with the US Copyright Office, so US statutory safe-harbor protection does not formally apply yet — we nonetheless follow the same notice-and-takedown process described here for every valid complaint, regardless of where it comes from.
We will remove or disable access to the identified content, notify the user who posted it (including the reason and a copy of the notice, where legally permitted), and record the action in our moderation log. Repeat infringers are subject to account termination.
If you believe your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with: identification of the removed content and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification; your contact information; a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant court; and your signature. We may reinstate the content after the applicable waiting period unless the original complainant files legal action.
Our music-preview integration (used e.g. in Stories) lets users search and attach short preview clips from a third-party music catalogue. This is a preview/discovery feature only — it does not license full tracks for redistribution, and using it does not give you rights to the underlying composition or recording beyond what that preview integration itself provides. Rights holders may request removal of specific tracks from this feature via zinklystudio@gmail.com.
Accounts that receive multiple valid copyright complaints will have their content-posting privileges restricted or their account terminated.
