If Zinkly removes your content, restricts a feature on your account, or suspends/terminates your account, you have the right to appeal that decision through our internal complaint-handling system, consistent with the EU Digital Services Act.
Every moderation notification includes an "Appeal this decision" option. You can also appeal from Settings → Moderation History. You'll be asked to explain why you believe the decision was incorrect. Appeals can be submitted within 30 days of the decision.
An appeal can result in the original decision being upheld (content/action stays as decided) or reversed (content reinstated, restriction lifted, or suspension ended). Either way, we tell you the outcome and the reasoning.
If you're not satisfied with the outcome of our internal appeal, EU users have the right to select a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under the DSA to review the dispute, or to pursue judicial redress. This does not affect your other legal rights.
Repeated appeals submitted without genuine grounds may be deprioritised, consistent with our obligation to handle the system in good faith on both sides.
