Child & Minor Safety Policy

1. Minimum age

Zinkly is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use Zinkly.

2. Age verification at registration

During sign-up, we collect your date of birth and require you to confirm you meet the minimum age requirement. We recognise that a self-declared date of birth is not foolproof, and we back it up with the enforcement measures below.

3. What we do if we discover an underage account

If we become aware — through a report, moderation review, or otherwise — that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will suspend the account, notify the account holder of the reason, and permanently delete the account and associated personal data, retaining only the minimum information necessary to prevent re-registration and to comply with legal obligations. If you believe an account belongs to a minor, report it via "Report → Other" with details, or email zinklystudio@gmail.com.

4. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material

Zinkly has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors. Any such content is removed immediately, the responsible account is permanently terminated, and we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant Greek and EU law-enforcement authorities as required by law. This applies regardless of the age policy in place and is enforced with the highest priority.

5. No targeted advertising based on minor status

If Zinkly enables advertising in the future, we will not knowingly target advertising based on profiling data from any account we identify as belonging to a minor, consistent with the DSA's protections for minors.

6. Parents and guardians

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created a Zinkly account in violation of our 18+ policy, contact zinklystudio@gmail.com with the account details and we will investigate and take appropriate action per Section 3.
